Walk 5 - A terrace over the Corno

From Cascia take the direction Atri and Poggio-primocaso. Along the road that follows the eastern side of Monte Maggio (1416 m.) you will discover a watch system deviced to guard the entrances to Cascia and Norcia. Beyond Piandoli, we will reach some panoramic view points: one over Biselli and the other one offering an almost aerial view over Valnerina.

Should you want to continue your walk, you can climb up towards Collegiacone, offering a beautiful view of the Corno valley towards Roccaporena.
