Tenacity, perseverance, the creativity and the fantasy are the main features of people from Norcia.

Tenacity and perseverance because, despite a somewhat unfriendly territory and some natural mishaps, we managed to keep the traditional agriculture intact; creativity and fantasia, because we added that special touch to food processing.
